LINE Account Recovery Request After Android Device Reset

I am writing regarding a problem with my LINE account on my Android phone. Since around August last year, I have been unable to log in after resetting my phone. When I try to access my account, I receive a message saying that I have prohibited the transferring of accounts, so I cannot complete the login process. Before resetting my phone, I used this LINE account normally, and I did not expect that I would completely lose access just because of the reset. I have not been able to use my account at all since then, and I have not been able to resolve this on my own. I kindly request your support to help me regain access to my LINE account and to enable the transfer of my account to my current Android phone. I would like my account to be reactivated or unlocked so that I can continue using LINE as before.
