I Need a Review of My Free Fire Ban Linked to a Teammate’s Actions

I have been playing Garena Free Fire on my account with ID 2306709574 and the in‑game name 2xDXShimul since August 2020. I recently received a permanent ban even though I play normally and do not use any hacks or illegal tools. The ban appears to have happened because one of my teammates used hacks, but I personally have not used any cheating software or violated the rules. Over the years I have invested a lot of time in this account and spent around 3 lakh in real money to develop it. Losing access to this account and all my progress and purchases due to another player’s actions is extremely upsetting and feels unfair to me. I respectfully request that my account be thoroughly investigated and that the permanent ban be lifted if no hacks or prohibited tools are found to have been used by me. I want my account to be unbanned and fully restored so that I can continue playing Free Fire as a normal, fair player.
