Samsung Air Conditioner Inadequate Service & Missing Records

You keep pasting the same classic response text. Today, with great difficulty, I managed to contact the service again. They are indifferent and uncooperative. They said they are fully booked for 10 days and will put me in the queue after 10 days, gentlemen. They are not giving an appointment date; I guess I'll be having a fantasy under the air conditioner in the winter. Samsung air conditioner is a regret. My return period expires in 10 days anyway. Your company is not fulfilling its obligations. Rest assured, I will seek compensation for the moral damages I have suffered from the Consumer Arbitration Committee and legal authorities. If you can't handle it, get out of the air conditioner market!

I hate my Samsung air conditioner. Its technology was very promising. This was intended to save me from the summer heat, but I won't even get to use it! Their awful service network started the disaster. It was awful and unresponsive. They can't find my record in their system after three service requests. They're annoying me and wasting my time. This customer treatment is awful! Only three service centers serve Bursa, a large city! It's odd that Samsung, a large name, has little service presence in Bursa. They're avoiding accountability.  I'm unfulfilled they don't care about my issue. It's making me question their brand trust. I hope Samsung improves their service issues and respects their consumers well. It's time they admitted their poor service and inability to organize!

They say, "Send us your suggestions to become a global giant company," as if I should teach you. Moreover, you need to reach your customers; it's already an issue for them to reach you. You highlight your price difference as a brand, but you don't even have a proper service network.

Thank you to customer service for considering my complaint and following up, and to ABC Electronics Bursa authorized service for the installation. However, a global brand like Samsung should have a wider service network.
