Samsung's After-Sales Service Fiasco

I am completely dissatisfied with Samsung's after-sales service, and trying to reach them over the phone has turned into a nightmare. I sent my Samsung phone to the service center last year, just six months after purchasing it from Vatan Bilgisayar because the sound would cut out during calls. However, the phone was returned with no repairs completed. I returned it, and they claimed to have fixed it, but the problem persisted. They replaced the mainboard and headphone jacks, but the problem persisted. I sent it to the Sancak Tepe service center three times with no success. Despite requesting a replacement during the warranty period, they insisted on returning it for further examination, and the problem remains. They later returned the phone to the KVK Sisli service center, which replaced the previously changed parts once more, but the problem persisted. They refused to approve a replacement, citing the expiration of the warranty. Despite promises of repairs, it has been 20 days with no resolution. I've been having problems with this phone since January, and my attempts to contact Samsung's customer service have resulted in a frustrating 40-minute wait with no actual assistance. When it comes to customer satisfaction, Samsung has reached an all-time low. My complaints have gone unanswered, and my phone has yet to be replaced. Having to deal with these issues since January has been very disheartening.
