Samsung's After-Sales Service Fiasco
I am completely dissatisfied with Samsung's after-sales service, and trying to reach them over the phone has turned into... a nightmare. I sent my Samsung phone to the service center last year, just six months after purchasing it from Vatan Bilgisayar because the sound would cut out during calls. Howev
