Screen Failure of Samsung UE50TU8000UXTK
My Samsung UE50TU8000 50" 4K Ultra HD Smart LED television, which I bought on 11.11.2020, was installed by the service, and on 24.01.2025, the image suddenly disappeared on the TV that we used from evening to evening. The sound came and went. The screen turns on and turns grey, the sound comes on for a few seconds. It goes into on and off mode. According to my research, there are customers in this series who experience the same panel chronic failures shortly after the warranty ends. Even though some users replaced the panel, the TV malfunctioned again. I think that Samsung, a world brand, should not offer a product with such a chronic malfunction to customers. It does not make sense to pay that much money for a TV that will only last for 4 years. It should be separated from these brands. Afterwards, we are forced to pay a lot of money to the service with the excuse that the warranty has expired, so do not limit the warranty period to 2 years so that Samsung can show that it stands behind the product. If the product will break down immediately after the warranty period ends, why not choose more suitable brands instead of choosing the Samsung brand! I hope that my complaint reaches the necessary authorities through you. I hope Samsung will help me with this issue without using the warranty period as an excuse. If my problem is not resolved, I will exercise my consumer rights.
Samsung got back to me and they did not help. They did not stand behind their products. They did not offer a solution.
