Samsung 58TU7000 TV Panel Failed Twice and Now They Refuse to Replace It

I’m writing this to inform those considering purchasing a Samsung TV about the issue I’ve experienced. We purchased a Samsung 58TU7000 TV on November 11, 2020. Close to the end of the 2-year warranty, the panel malfunctioned and was replaced under warranty. However, on December 1, 2024, the panel failed again. I contacted customer service, and they initially said they would assist. Later, they informed me that the technical team did not approve the replacement, so they are asking me to pay for the panel. The panel is essentially the TV itself. Why did I choose Samsung? Because I trusted the brand. However, Samsung sells TVs with a lifespan of just two years and doesn’t stand behind their products once the warranty expires. I’m sharing this as a warning to anyone considering a Samsung TV. Think twice before buying. When the warranty expires, they refuse to provide support for their product. I strongly recommend against spending a significant amount of money on a Samsung TV!
