Samsung Air Conditioner Inadequate Service & Missing Records


I just bought an air conditioner from Samsung, but ever since it got here, it's been a nightmare. Worst of all? When I need help the most, there's no one to help me. No matter how many times I try and how urgently I ask, no one will listen to my problems and address them. This is very frustrating. How can a company with a good name like Samsung fail so badly? They're making fun of the money we've worked hard for. I can't find a single way to get help after I've bought something. I've called customer service and made complaints more than once, but there's still no sign of a fix. This needs to be fixed right away, and I want the air conditioner I just bought to be put in as soon as possible. Samsung, get your act together and give the service you said you would.
