Samsung Delayed Refund for Out-of-Stock Washer
I ordered a washing machine through the official Samsung e-commerce website. They were out of the item I purchased when they sold it to me. I was forced to cancel the order I had placed because they did not deliver it for an entire month. Even after all this time, they have yet to refund my money. It's been two weeks. On their website, they state that the "refund process takes 7 business days," but in reality, it takes much longer. After several interactions with customer service, all they have to say is "I understand, the refund will be processed soon." If we cannot reach an agreement here, I will take legal action.
