I purchased a product from samsungshop.com on January 22, 2024, and it was delivered to me on January 26, 2024. During the purchase, I took advantage of the trade-in campaign for my old phone and sent it via courier to the address I specified on the samsungshop.com orders page on February 5, 2024. Then, on February 14, 2024, I received a message stating that the product I sent for trade-in was priced at the full amount and that the refund would be processed to my credit card or account within 7 business days. However, even after 9 additional business days, they have not refunded my money. They took my old device but did not give me my money back. I will file a complaint against them, and I will not recommend such a purchase to anyone. I believe I have been defrauded by Samsung, and I demand payment of my money.
