A Dangerous Gas Leak in Samsung's New Air Conditioner, and a Delayed Refund
I ordered a Samsung air conditioner worth 20,400 TL from their website about 17 days ago. The product was shipped the next day, and the courier company contacted me to schedule delivery for the next day. I decided to upgrade to a higher model AC through Samsung's website within two days and completed the new order. As a result, I requested a refund by refusing to accept the first order when it arrived. They assured me that the refund would be credited to my card within a week. Despite multiple calls to Samsung Customer Service, they were unable to complete the process within the allotted seventeen days. My credit card payment is due tomorrow, and I can't make it because the money hasn't been returned. In addition to the refund saga, the second AC I bought turned out to be a nightmare. After being used effectively for 3-4 days, it stopped cooling on the fourth day. The technicians discovered a gas leak during their inspection. My spouse and I were exposed to this dangerous situation for three to four days! This is a disgraceful and unacceptable situation, Samsung!
