I have been using my Samsung washing machine to dry clothes for the past two years. Lately, I've been having a problem with my laundry coming out wet for the past six months. I've reached out to the service center three times about this problem, but every time they've insisted that there's nothing wrong with my machine. They attached a device to my machine and performed measurements, assuring me that it was operating normally. They recommended keeping the door open while the machine is running for better air circulation. I've been using my machine in the same location for two years without any issues. Even though I followed their advice and ran the machine with the door open, I'm still facing the issue of having wet laundry. I have been unsuccessful in persuading the service center that there is indeed an issue with my machine. Furthermore, I was billed for their visits because they asserted that there was no issue with the machine and that their visits were unnecessary. They are unwilling to admit any problem with my machine, despite the fact that its performance has declined compared to the first two years of use. I am very disappointed in Samsung after this experience, and I have made the decision to not buy another Samsung washing machine in the future. I am extremely disappointed with the service center's inability to effectively restore my machine to its previous performance within the warranty period. I have lost faith in the Samsung brand and its service as a result.
