I purchased a Samsung washing machine from an Evkur store, and the door seal gasket failed while it was still under warranty. When I contacted customer service, they replaced the part on the grounds that it was a material defect. However, the same problem reappeared shortly after the first replacement. In a subsequent interaction with customer service, they claimed that the problem was caused by the user and demanded 947 TL for a replacement part. They flatly refused both a replacement and a refund, claiming that the warranty did not cover this. My frustrating experience with my Samsung washing machine has made me question the brand's and the store's quality and integrity.
