My Samsung 11 kg Washing Machine Rusted After 1 Year—Warranty Ignored

On December 16, 2023, I purchased a Samsung 11 kg 1400 RPM washing machine from the Bodrum Konacık Samsung dealer, even paying extra for an additional 4-year extended warranty package. Shockingly, just after one year, the front panel began showing significant rust. When we visited the same dealership again for a refrigerator purchase, we raised this issue and requested service. However, the dealership simply brushed us off, blaming Bodrum’s climate and stating that many other customers faced similar rust problems. They coldly advised us to pursue legal action instead of offering a genuine solution. After persistently demanding assistance, a technician finally arrived, took some pictures, and left without any action. One week later, we were bluntly informed that Samsung's headquarters refused to cover the damage under warranty, instructing us to file a complaint with Consumer Courts instead.
