I bought a Samsung washing machine on 21.04.2023. The machine did not receive softener in my 2-3 attempts and I created a service record from customer service. When they came and looked, they said that the water pressure was low and therefore the machine did not receive softener. We made a request by making the necessary applications to ISKI and the pipes outside the building coming to our building were cleaned. However, in subsequent trials, I saw that the machine still did not receive softener, water fills into the softener compartment, but it never receives the softener. Based on this, I called customer service again and they said that the service will come. 3 days later, the friend who called from the service personnel told me that he remembered this machine, that the water was taken by collision in the new machines and that my machine did not receive softener due to the pressure. Naturally, I questioned how he bought the detergent. He said that if the water does not come with a pressure below 7 bar, he will not buy it, and if he makes a measurement, if it is below this value, he will receive a service fee of 350 TL. Of course, I canceled the call. Do I have to pay a service fee for the machine that I paid 20 thousand TL for? It has been 1 month since I bought the machine, it has worked 10 times, and I keep calling service while waiting for it to work smoothly. I am waiting for an urgent response from Samsung regarding the issue and request the return of the machine.
