Samsung Washing Machine Poor Performance and Unreliable Service




I purchased a Samsung washing machine two and a half years ago, and since its installation, it has been functioning with problems. I have received poor service from Samsung, and their corporate support has been lacking. When the service technician came for the installation, I asked about extending the warranty, but he said he would come back in three days to complete the process since I didn't have my tablet PC with me. However, he never returned. Now, the door gasket has torn. Despite the tear not being caused by user error, they are demanding a whopping 1250 TL for the repair. I obtained the part's code and checked online, only to find that its price is 400 TL.
