Samsung TV Screen Clouding Issue
I purchased a Samsung TV, and initially, there was only one cloudy spot on the screen. However, this issue has now escalated as the number of spots has increased to three and their severity is gradually worsening. Last year, when I contacted Samsung customer service, I was quite disappointed with the outcome. Even though I had already paid for an examination, they ended up giving me a repair quote of ₺3,500. I ultimately decided not to proceed with it, as I was concerned about the potential for this issue to affect the entire screen and result in additional financial demands. If I had the chance to make a different choice, I would definitely avoid this brand. It's quite underwhelming. I really hope Samsung takes care of and solves this ongoing problem.
