I purchased a Samsung 55Q95T TV, along with all my white goods, 3 years ago. Unfortunately, just 1 year after the warranty expired, the TV developed an issue where the screen went dark in a specific area. I was told the issue could be resolved by changing the TV card, with a quoted price of ₺8,900. I agreed, and the technical service replaced the card at my home. However, after testing, they discovered the problem wasn’t with the card but with the panel backlights. They reinstalled the original card, and I only paid a ₺500 service fee. Now, I’ve been informed that the entire panel needs to be replaced, at an approximate cost of ₺32,500. I strongly object to this. This is clearly not a user error; the issue stems from a defective product. Samsung initially offered me a 40% discount, but considering I originally paid around ₺15,500 for this TV, why should I have to pay more than its current market value for a repair after only 3 years? I urge Samsung to address this issue sensibly. I bought all my household devices from Samsung because I trusted the brand. However, if this situation is not resolved fairly, I will stop purchasing from Samsung and will share my experience with everyone I know.

I was called by Samsung today and informed that a panel replacement could be done for 19,600 TL with a 40% discount. This brings it back to the same price as the previous discount you offered. You haven't changed anything. Why am I being forced to pay 19,600 TL to replace the entire panel when there is no malfunction except for a problem with the back LEDs? It's really interesting that you leave this issue unresolved. Despite there being no impact or anything on the device, experiencing this problem is entirely related to Samsung's manufacturing, yet it is being treated as if it's a user error.
