Samsung TV Screen Has Cloudy Spots and I'm Stuck With High Repair Costs



After buying a Samsung TV, I found one foggy area on the screen over time. Soon after, a second surfaced; today, there are three areas and the problem is becoming worse. When I contacted Samsung's service team last year, they charged me ₺3,500 to correct it following an inspection for which I paid. I chose not to proceed with the repair, hence sadly that money was wasted. I already know the clouding will finally cover the whole screen, hence I will have to invest much more. Looking forward, I wish I had gone with another brand. Having gone through this whole experience, I am regretting my choice; so, I truly hope Samsung takes action as so far they have not been helpful.
