Samsung TV Panel Warranty Denied Due to Popular Problem

I own a Samsung UE43AU7000UXTK television and would like to share my recent experiences with it. I've only had it for about 5 or 6 months, but I'm already having major issues with the panel. When I called the service center, I was surprised to learn that the warranty does not cover this particular issue. They even went so far as to claim that there was an impact on the screen, which is demonstrably false. As I dug deeper into the situation, I discovered that this particular TV model has a widespread and well-known problem with the aforementioned issue. Despite the fact that I was aware of this information, I received no assistance or resolution to the critical situation I was in.
