Samsung UE50TU8000UXTK TV Screen Defect Not Warrantied

I bought a SAMSUNG UE50TU8000UXTK model television on 18.12.2020 for a higher price, thinking that I could use it for many years. Shortly before the 2-year warranty period expired, horizontal lines began to appear on the TV screen. When I called SAMSUNG customer service, they created a fault report. Service personnel examined the television in a short time. They took the television away, saying that there was a problem with the screen panel and that the panel would be replaced. After approximately 10 days, they delivered the television, saying that the screen panel of the television had been replaced. Since the replacement was made under warranty during this process, no service fee or part replacement fee was charged. The same problem reoccurred less than a year after the part was replaced. The lines that appeared on the screen before started to appear again. I called SAMSUNG customer services on 31.12.2023 and explained the situation exactly as I stated above. When I asked what the process would be, they stated that since the device was not under warranty, the service fee and the resulting cost if a malfunction was detected would be covered by me. I also stated that I would not accept any fee being charged to me. I stated that it is not normal for the same malfunction to occur twice in the same year on a three-year-old device. I stated that I did not want to experience these problems every year, that the fee would be covered by SAMSUNG, and that I did not want to pay even a single lira in any way. Afterward, during my research on the internet, I realized that the screen line problem on my television was generally chronic in SAMSUNG brand and same model televisions. As I mentioned before, I bought the television at a higher-than-reasonable price, assuming that I would use it for many years. No one thinks of changing the television in their home every 2-3 years. Accordingly, as a consumer, I think it is my natural right to expect the device I purchase to be usable for many years. I chose the SAMSUNG brand because it is a well-known brand and I believe it is reliable in terms of quality and customer satisfaction. But with a bitter experience, I realized that my thought was wrong.
