Samsung TV Motherboard Malfunction Deemed Out of Warranty

Around 6-7 months ago, I made the decision to purchase a Samsung television, which came with a hefty price tag of ₺55,000. The TV was installed, but unfortunately, it turned out that the motherboard was defective. Upon its return from repair, the device exhibited unsightly screen stains. Despite the promises made, Samsung's service has been unable to resolve the problem and has even recommended that I purchase a new screen for ₺35,000. This experience serves as a reminder to exercise caution when dealing with brands such as Samsung.
