Samsung TV Panel Burned Out After 4 Years and Repair Cost Is Unreasonably High
We bought a Samsung TV 4 years ago, a 55-inch 139 cm screen. Let me emphasize, this is a Samsung TV, not just some random brand, right? Within these 4 years, we had one issue, and a part was replaced. Now, just 1-2 months before the warranty expires, the panel has burned out, and the entire screen needs to be replaced. A product from such a reputable brand should not require such costly repairs in such a short time. And the cost? ₺17,000. What is this? ₺17,000 for a repair? Have some conscience. How can a product from such a major brand like Samsung be of such poor quality? What kind of production is this for a product to fail like this in just 4 years?
