Samsung Service Unjustly Charges Out-of-Warranty Fees

I bought a Samsung tablet because it came with a warranty, thought that would give me peace of mind and protect me from any problems that might arise. Unfortunately, my trust was completely broken when the tablet suddenly started malfunctioning for no apparent reason or external damage. The touchscreen stopped working properly, and the device started acting strangely, sent the tablet to Samsung's authorized service center, fully expecting that my warranty would cover the repair. But to my surprise, after waiting for 15 long days, I received a shocking response: the tablet was considered out of warranty because of a cracked casing. the service center suddenly claimed that the casing was cracked after 15 days of silence, without giving me a chance to present any evidence to prove otherwise. On top of everything, they insisted on charging the full replacement fee, which happened to be the same as the tablet's original purchase price.
