My Samsung TAB S7 FE Tablet Internally Cracked With No Impact


I purchased a Samsung TAB S7 FE model tablet, which has not suffered any impact or damage, but an internal crack appeared on the screen. I believe this is either due to poor quality or a manufacturing defect. I took the tablet to the Kadikoy Samsung Authorized Service Center, where they claimed it was a user error and not covered by the warranty. I have been using a case and carrying the tablet in my computer bag, and have not dropped or impacted it in any way. It seems like Samsung Service is trying to avoid responsibility by blaming the consumer. They should repair or replace the product, which is clearly a manufacturing defect, free of charge. I am very angry about this and will not let it go.
