Samsung S23 Not Working Properly, Bad Customer Service

 I thought Samsung was a solid brand. I got this S23 three weeks back, but it's always offline and doesn't work anywhere. They were like, "It's a network thing," so I was like, "Okay, I'll switch networks."  they were like, "It's just a setting problem," and I fixed it. I got a new phone to make calls, but there are still so many interruptions during calls. Did I really just pay 26,000 TL just for accessories? They totally blew off my complaints and acted like there was no problem, even though it was obvious that there were some serious issues. I'm gonna take this to court.  Samsung really needs to own up to their messed up products and terrible customer service.
