Samsung Television Remote Keeps Breaking
In September 2022, I bought a Samsung 65BU8500 TV. Since then, the remote has been giving me trouble every month, and every time, the service center has replaced it. After the third one, I asked for a TV instead and even wrote about it here. When Samsung didn't answer my phone calls last month, I wrote to Sikayetvar, and they replied right away. I got a new TV in about two weeks. But a week after the new TV arrived, the remote broke again! Even though I called customer service, they didn't call me back. I want Samsung to either give me a return for the TV without making me go to court or replace it with a model that works. We shouldn't have spent 23,000 TL on a TV that just gives us trouble.
