My 70-inch Samsung TV Broke After Warranty Expired
On July 17, 2021, I purchased a Samsung 70-inch TV. The TV broke down on July 27, 2023, necessitating a screen replacement at a cost of 21,000 TL. I called Samsung customer service on July 28, 2023, and they have yet to respond. I'm a loyal Samsung customer who has never had a problem like this before. I sincerely hope that true to its reputation, Samsung will take responsibility for replacing my screen. If not, I'll consider destroying the entire TV and exposing the problem on social media. My opinion of Samsung is influenced by how they handle this situation. As a loyal customer, I expected better service from Samsung. This TV malfunction has left me frustrated and disappointed. The silence from customer service is disheartening.
