Samsung Is Not Giving Me My Money Back

I'm not happy with how Samsung Turkey's customer service has handled my order, which has the number 2202890154513810. On February 10, 2023, I asked for a return, but my request was turned down without any explanation. I expect to be treated fairly and honestly as a customer. It is not right for Samsung Turkey to say no to my request without a good reason. I need my refund as soon as possible because I live in an area that is prone to earthquakes and need cash on hand in case of an emergency. The slow response time and lack of communication from Samsung Turkey are causing me too much stress and worry. I want them to act right away to fix this problem and give me a full refund. It is their job to give their customers the help and support they need, especially when there is a problem. I hope that Samsung Turkey will put my refund request at the top of their list and give me the money I deserve. It's time for them to step up and treat their customers the way they should.
