Samsung Trade-In Old Devices Campaign Didn't Work Out For Armwatch
As part of the Samsung exchange campaign, I made an appointment for May 16, 2023 by giving my Istanbul address information in order to replace my old watch with a new one. However, the person who was supposed to come to the address claimed that he could not reach the address by phone, and his order was canceled. Even though I called customer service many times and kept them waiting for 2 weeks, they closed the issue saying that they could not solve the problem and you need to re-order. Even though I said I want my current order, it was not accepted. Meanwhile, the conditions of the exchange campaign have changed and the exchange support has decreased from 1000 TL to 750 TL etc. In short, even though I said to examine the phone call records, which would not suit a company like Samsung, I was a victim.
