Samsung Victimizes Its Customer With Campaign Deception!

As part of the Samsung exchange campaign, I made an appointment for May 16, 2023 by giving my Istanbul address information in order to replace my old watch with a new one. However, the person who was supposed to come to the address claimed that he could not reach the address by phone, and his order was canceled. Even though I called customer service many times and kept them waiting for 2 weeks, they closed the issue saying that they could not solve the problem and you need to re-order. Even though I said I want my current order, it was not accepted.
