Samsung Home Appliances Failing to Deliver Quality
I furnished my entire home with Samsung products when I married two years ago. My washing machine needed to be repaired after only two months of use, and a part was replaced. My refrigerator suddenly stopped working, and the service team discovered a gas leak and depleted gas, as well as clogged pipes and other problems. I'm requesting a replacement for a product that is still under warranty, but they keep making excuses to deny it. They appear to be more concerned with making a fortune by selling their products at exorbitant prices than with standing behind what they sell. I always thought Samsung was a global brand, but even a flimsy product from an obscure brand would have given me a headache. I invite Samsung to accept responsibility and address this matter as soon as possible.
