Samsung Refrigerator Not Cooling, Repair Costs Ridiculously High Prices

About 5 years ago, we trusted the Samsung brand and bought all of our household appliances from them. Last year, our dishwasher had a problem where it wouldn't clean, so it was fixed. When I went to the earthquake zone for work in February of this year, I saw that the refrigerator was broken. It didn't cool, so all of my food went bad. Your authorized service person came later, did what was needed to fix the fridge, said it was fixed, and then charged us 800 TL. Even though it had only been 5 months since the procedures, our fridge broke down again on the Feast of Sacrifice, and all of our food and meat went bad. Samsung sells products that don't work, and then makes money by charging for service, repairs, and replacement parts.Is it normal for a brand like Samsung to make products that break down so quickly? It makes you think a lot that nothing happens during the warranty period and that your things get worse after a certain amount of time. By showing how great the Samsung brand is, I declare that I will come back to me right away, solve my problem, and stop asking for ridiculously high prices, or I will go to court.

Customer service contacted me 4 days ago regarding my complaint. They said they would help. Meanwhile, a technician checked my refrigerator and said it needed cleaning and a few parts needed to be replaced, which would cost 3500 TL. I then called customer service again and said that this fee was too high and that I had already paid for the same issue before, and I requested a discount. However, despite calling 5 times since this morning, they only got back to me now and said they couldn't offer a discount on this fee. I explained that I have been without a refrigerator in this heat for a week, that the service said it wouldn't be fixed for at least another week, meaning I would be without a refrigerator for 10 days, that the items in my refrigerator have already gone bad, that we have been eating ready-made food from outside during this period and incurring significant costs, and that I was requesting a discount on top of all this. But the representative said they couldn't help and that they never promised to definitely help on the first day. This experience has shown us what the so-called world-renowned Samsung brand is really like. Do not consider this brand when there are other options available. A friend of ours had the same issue with another brand, and that brand even provided a replacement refrigerator until the original one was fixed. Everything is marketed beautifully when you are buying, but the result is clear. I repeat, do not consider this brand, especially for white goods.
