I recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy S21 FE, and it's only been two days, but I'm already having major issues. When I make phone calls, the screen scratches, and my contact list is wiped clean. I am convinced that there is a fundamental problem with the device, and because it is only two days old, I do not want to send it in for repairs. This isn't a one-month-old phone; it's practically brand new, and if it's not replaced within a reasonable timeframe, I'm willing to sue for selling a defective product. I spent a significant amount of money, approximately 18,000 TL, to promote this phone through television advertisements. If I do not receive a prompt and satisfactory resolution, I am fully prepared to pursue legal action.
