My Samsung S21 FE 2nd Gen Overheats, Freezes, and Has Battery Issues After 2 Weeks

I purchased a Samsung S21 FE 2nd Generation smartphone from Vatan Bilgisayar. The device is brand new, with an invoice date of April 4, 2025, and it has only been used for two weeks. Despite being a new device, I am facing serious issues.

The battery drains extremely quickly, even with minimal use. The phone frequently freezes, lags, and on top of that, it heats up excessively to an uncomfortable level. This is extremely disappointing for a phone that is supposed to offer top-tier performance. It is clear to me that the second-generation processor negatively impacts the device’s overall performance.

I believe I have received a defective product and I plan to escalate this issue by filing a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee. I am demanding that Samsung take back this faulty device and replace it with a different model that functions properly. I expect swift and serious action to resolve my complaint.
