I Get Terrible Battery Life on My Samsung S21 FE—Lasts Less Than a Day Without Use

I bought the Samsung S21 FE just a month ago, and I’m already completely disappointed—especially with the battery life. Even though the phone is brand new and still under warranty, the battery drains shockingly fast. I’m not even using power-hungry apps like social media or games, yet the charge doesn’t last a full day.

This is a major letdown. I chose this model expecting solid performance and longevity, but instead I’m constantly having to recharge. A modern smartphone in this price range should easily last a full day with light usage. Clearly, something is wrong—either the battery is defective, or the phone is poorly optimized.

Samsung, I’m asking for immediate support. I want the device inspected and replaced if necessary. If this issue isn’t resolved promptly, I will escalate it through every official consumer protection channel available. A brand-new phone should not be giving me battery anxiety from day one.
