Samsung Galaxy A54 Signal Problem Ongoing Since 2025

I have been experiencing a serious reception problem with my Samsung Galaxy A54 since February 2025. My phone almost never receives a proper signal anywhere and I constantly have to restart it or put it in flight mode and turn it off again to be able to use it, and even this does not provide a permanent solution. Because of this problem, I contacted my operator, Samsung and KVK many times. My operator stated that the problem was caused by the device. In June 2025 I took my phone to KVK service and they said there was no problem with the device and that the issue was operator related, and suggested that I change my line. I changed my line as they recommended, but the problem did not improve at all. In January 2026 I took my phone to service again and my device remained there for about one week. At that time I used my SIM card in another phone and did not experience any reception issues, and I informed Samsung of this several times. Despite this, I was told again that there was no problem with my phone and it was returned to me. A few days after I received the phone, I got another call from service asking me to bring the device back in so they could re‑examine it. Each time I take the device to service, they remove my screen protector, keep the phone for about a week and I have to pay again to have a new screen protector installed. While struggling with a phone that does not receive signal, I am also being put in a difficult situation financially because of these repeated additional costs. Although this problem has been ongoing continuously since February 2025, I still have not been offered a definitive solution. I request that my defective Samsung Galaxy A54 be replaced with a new device and that all extra expenses I have incurred, such as screen protector costs, be compensated. I expect this process to be handled urgently and fairly.
