Samsung M34 5G Has Ongoing Signal Issues but Service Fails to Fix or Replace

March 15, 2025 11:10 PM42

Despite being sent for repair multiple times, my Samsung M34 5G 126GB phone was never properly fixed. Initially, it had a signal issue and wouldn’t connect. The authorized service confirmed the problem was with the phone and replaced the motherboard. However, the issue persisted, so I sent it back for repair. This time, they claimed a software update had resolved it, but the problem remained, and the phone started overheating. Despite multiple service visits, the issue was never fixed. I chose Samsung for its quality and reliability, yet they failed to solve even a minor issue and didn’t offer an alternative solution. Since Samsung acknowledged the defect, I request a replacement device. Otherwise, I will conclude that Samsung is no different from other budget brands, despite being a company I have trusted and recommended for years. This is disappointing. I expect a swift resolution that aligns with Samsung’s reputation; otherwise, I will pursue legal action.
