Samsung A54 Lost Network After Android 15 Update - Cannot Make Calls
After installing the Android 15 update on my Samsung A54 in June 2025, I began experiencing a mobile network issue. The phone shows that there is signal and internet, but I am unable to make calls or connect to the internet. This problem started immediately after the update and has continued ever since. Every day, I have to restart the phone 3–4 times and repeatedly switch airplane mode on and off, but the issue does not improve, even temporarily. I tried both Turkcell and Telekom SIM cards, and the result was the same. I contacted the place where I purchased the device, and they suggested sending it to service. My device is still under warranty. I request that this issue be fixed through a software update, and if that is not possible, that the device be replaced.
