Samsung Fridge Breakdown and Poor Customer Service

Right before the holidays, my Samsung refrigerator broke down, so I called their service department to ask for help. They said someone would come check it out over the holiday, but no one has gotten in touch with me. Even though we've tried to reach them many times, no one seems to care. They just don't care about me. When I called customer service, they kept making new service requests without actually doing anything. It's frustrating when a big company like Samsung doesn't do what they say they will do quickly. In all honesty, when buying appliances, you should care more about how well they work than what brand they are. Samsung has a good name, but their service isn't as good as it could be. After this, I won't buy anything else for my home that has the Samsung name on it.
