Samsung Fridge I Bought Online Came Without a Warranty

Two years ago I bought a Samsung fridge online, this is no warranty on it because it is used already. My fridge was damaged and I called Samsung service, they came and checked my fridge, they said we will call you back and I paid 650 for service. A days a pass but no one call,so I called them and they say we can't fix because don't have barcode and told me to go someone and fix your fridge. I don't ask for free I pay for it and I call the service which brand name my fridge name. I can't call or go another place to fix my things because this brand had specifications.
