Avoid Bringing Samsung Appliances into Your Home


I must share my harrowing experience with Samsung appliances. We all think Samsung is great until we make a purchase. After-sales support is non-existent. My 6-year-old Samsung refrigerator broke down on Friday, July 7, 2023. I immediately contacted their call center, pleaded countless times, and made numerous phone calls, but they informed me that they could only send a technician after 6 days. We're left waiting. Everything in my fridge spoiled - the meat, cheese, and everything else had to be thrown away. We're left without a fridge in the scorching heat of summer. To make matters worse, I had another Samsung refrigerator that broke down 6 months ago. The technician arrived days later and couldn't even fix it. It became junk. I had no choice but to purchase a different brand. I've suffered both financially and emotionally. I regret buying all Samsung electronic products for my home. I warn everyone to stay away from Samsung. I've never encountered such a terrible brand in my life.

We are communicating, but there is no solution. I called the day before yesterday and yesterday, they said my request was forwarded to the center and that I would be called, but no one has called or inquired. Since Samsung's center is closed to external calls, it is impossible to reach them. We understand that your goal is not to produce a solution, but what is your goal, I do not understand.
