Samsung Air Conditioner Parts Delay and Inadequate Service
I purchased a Samsung air conditioner; however, they sent the incorrect component. After I had called them multiple times over the course of a month, it took them another month just to deliver the right component. Now, when I called about having it installed, they told me that it would take another fifteen days. I've already been through the hassle of dealing with problems caused by the parts, and now I'm having to deal with problems caused by the service. Can you believe that the Samsung service in such a large city as Bursa is so restricted and slow that they can't even provide a basic appointment date? My choice of this well-known brand was a mistake.
