On 20.08.2024, I bought a Samsung Brand 12,000 BTU AR12TXHQBWKX air conditioner from 5M Migros. They directed me to the service and the service said that it could come to me after 14 days. They made an appointment for 04.09.2024. I brought the air conditioner home and waited for 14 days. At that time, Samsung called me 4-5 times and asked questions about the air conditioner, such as how many parts it was made of. Every time they called, I told them that I was in 2 pieces and the number of the air conditioner. Each time they said ok and hung up. After 14 days, the service came to my house. And he said that this air conditioner does not have copper pipes and legs and was delivered incompletely, and the service charged me a fee of 900 TL per meter. He said 5-6 meters would go here. So I sent it back to the service center and they said I needed to make another service appointment. Summer is already ending. I call Migros, they say we call Samsung, and they say that there are no such parts in the box this year. I call Samsung and they say it has to come out of the box. But no one asks each other when taking the money. Samsung brand is definitely a disappointment. You may think 10 times before buying anything from Samsung. I petitioned Consumer Rights and complained. Such a service cannot be possible, I have been calling since yesterday and they keep passing me on, I wasted 14 days!
