Samsung Did Not Install the AR18TSHZHWKSK AC I Bought Online
On July 27, I purchased a Premium Wall-Mounted Split Air Conditioner (AR18TSHZHWK/SK) from Samsung’s official website, and it was delivered on July 29. I was told that HTS Service would contact me the next day for installation, but as of today, August 7, the unit still hasn’t been installed. I’ve been waiting at my Kartal Yakacık address for 11 days. During this time, I called Samsung customer service multiple times and was told each time that the installation would be completed that day and that my appointment was active. They even gave me the contact details for HTS Service, including a phone number. Despite calling that number and others over 100 times, I’ve received no response or callback. I chose Samsung specifically for its service quality, yet while friends who purchased the same product after me had their installations done promptly, I’ve been completely ignored. This has left me feeling mistreated and deeply upset. I had a similar experience with a Samsung product years ago, and despite giving them another chance, I’m facing the same problem again. It is unacceptable to struggle this much and be left without support for a product I paid ₺40,000 for. I expect my air conditioner to be installed today without any further excuses.
