I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the failure of your company to install the Samsung air conditioner that I recently purchased. Despite making numerous attempts to arrange for installation, I have been left without any resolution or assistance. On [10.07.20.23], I purchased a Samsung air conditioner from your store, expecting that the promised installation service would efficiently take care of the installation process. However, it has been quite some time since my purchase, and no installation has taken place. The lack of response and commitment from your end is extremely unprofessional and not reflective of the high-quality service I expected from Samsung. I have made several calls to your customer service department, but each time I am either put on hold for an excessive amount of time or transferred to different representatives who seem unaware of the situation. This has resulted in a tremendous waste of my time and energy, as well as significant frustration. I would like to remind you that, as a consumer, I have the right to expect timely and efficient service from your company. It is unacceptable that I have not received any assistance or communication regarding the installation of the air conditioner that I purchased in good faith. I kindly request immediate action to rectify this situation. I expect your company to promptly schedule a convenient installation appointment and ensure that competent technicians are sent to complete the installation at the earliest possible date. Additionally, I insist on being compensated for the inconveniences caused by the delay and lack of response thus far. If my request is not addressed within [insert reasonable timeframe], I regret to inform you that I will be forced to seek alternative solutions, such as contacting relevant consumer protection agencies or pursuing legal action to secure my rights. We tried to contact you through all the communication details you provided, but we couldn't get any results from any of them. These actions are unbecoming of a prestigious brand like yours. Yet, I chose the Samsung brand without hesitation. From now on, I will think twice before making this mistake again. We called the number 4447711, and they directed us to the number 02126250625, but we couldn't get in touch with them. After 58 minutes, they answered the phone and hung up on us. Disrespectful.
