Samsung Ignored My Air Conditioner Installation Request for Over a Week
I bought an air conditioner on 21.05.2025 and immediately created an installation record, I called Çanakkale Authorized Service on 22.05.2025 and they said they will call you for the installation. 5 days have passed, no one called or asked, I am calling the number that called me, I called continuously from morning to evening for 3 days without hanging up and no one answered. I called the customer representative on 27.05.2025 and created a complaint record. They said they would get back to me within 24 hours, no one called or asked. I called on 28.05.2025 and they said my installation record was canceled by the system. On 27.05.2025, they said there was no complaint record, they are a joke, I told them to listen to the phone records and created a record again. I called again on 29.05.2025 and they said they did not create a complaint record on 28.05.2025. Samsung is regretful.

They called from the headquarters and said that the service team would come for installation. It has been 6 days, and no one has called or checked in.
The installation was completed, and Samsung Headquarters maintained constant communication regarding the issue from beginning to end. Thank you.
