Samsung AR35 Air Conditioning Systems Are Not Working, Where is Your Customer Service??


I'm so angry my hands are shaking. I bought a Samsung AR35 air conditioner for ₺18000, and it's been 30 days since I placed the order. I've called customer service and technical support over 100 times, but they still haven't come to install it. You can never reach the installation technicians, even if you wait on hold for 24 hours. They called me a couple of times, so I saved their numbers. They promised to install it on June 10th, then the 27th, then the 29th, and finally July 1st, but they never showed up. The company is so awful that they didn't come today either. I've filed complaints with the Consumer Arbitration Committee, BTK, and CIMER. When I call Samsung and the authorized service provider, there's never anyone in charge, just customer service giving me the runaround. They keep saying they'll inform the relevant department, but in 30 days, no one has come to install the air conditioner. There's no one to talk to. I'm shaking with rage and regret ever buying this.
