Problems with Samsung AR35 Air Conditioner and Customer Service

On August 4th, 2023, I placed an order (No. 34842982) with Media Markt for a Samsung AR35 air conditioner. I intended to have it installed, but Samsung Turkey seemed unable to persuade Pendik dst Elektronik to contact me. There were no phone calls or inquiries. When I called Samsung at 4447711 today to inform them about starting the return process for the AC, I had to wait a frustrating 40 minutes before giving up and terminating the call. They appear to be aware that it is a customer calling and deliberately avoid answering, pretending to be helpful while resolving nothing. They'll most likely respond to this complaint with a copy-paste message, ignoring the problem. It's disheartening to see such disregard for customers after they've made a purchase.
