I Face Cooling Failure on Samsung RT47CG6636WWTR Refrigerator

19

On August 27, 2024, I purchased a brand-new Samsung RT47CG6636WWTR refrigerator from the Samsung store in Maltepe Park, İstanbul. Despite being brand new, the refrigerator has never cooled properly since the day I brought it home. For weeks now, I have been unable to store my food inside and have been forced to keep my groceries outside, which is completely unacceptable for a new product.

Over the past three weeks, I have contacted Samsung customer service multiple times, but they have failed to provide any effective solution. Despite the product being under full warranty and me having all the necessary purchase documents, Samsung has not replaced the defective refrigerator or resolved the issue.

A refrigerator that does not cool from day one is clearly a manufacturing fault, and customers should not be left without a working product for weeks while being ignored by service teams.

I demand an immediate product replacement with a properly functioning refrigerator and a clear resolution to my case. Samsung must honor its warranty commitments and ensure that customers are not left to deal with basic failures in brand-new appliances.
