Samsung 75CU8500 Replacement TV Developed Same Shadowing Issue After a Year

The Samsung 65CU8500 television started showing shadowing in the lower middle section before the warranty expired. The service team determined that there was a LED and panel malfunction and stated it would be repaired. However, since replacement parts were unavailable, the TV was replaced with the 75CU8500 model. Since the warranty of the original television was still valid, it continued to apply to the replacement device, but it expired a few months later. About a year later, the new television exhibited the same issue in the same area. The Samsung service team visited and stated it could be repaired for ₺12,000. The fact that both devices experienced the same issue within two years clearly indicates a chronic problem. When I sought assistance from Samsung's support center, I was told there was nothing they could do, and the repair would only be possible at my expense. Our trust in the Samsung brand and its reputation has been damaged. From other complaints, I suspect Samsung is aware that this problem frequently occurs in their large-screen televisions. However, they refuse to address our grievance simply because they no longer bear any legal responsibility.

I was called by the Samsung solution center. However, they said there was nothing they could do with the same expressions and that they could repair it for 12,000 TL. So, it's just the name of the unit that's called a solution center; otherwise, they don't make any effort in the name of a solution. They are repeating the situation. I explained the same things again to the solution center representative. The fact that your 65 and 75-inch screens give the same error from the same area repeatedly indicates a chronic problem. Their only scientific explanation is that it's a matter of luck; such errors can happen the next day or two years later. Now, all technical services explain every situation they can't resolve as a matter of electronic luck. Then you are left with your broken TV worth 45,000 TL. Unfortunately, the perception of reliability and trust I had in the Samsung brand has been damaged.

After writing a message here, the solution center called again. They started the sentence by saying "We are calling from the solution center" and once again did not solve any problem. They repeated the same situation. My expectations from the Samsung solution center: 1. I kindly request an explanation, with technical information rather than chance, for why the same issue occurred with the TV I purchased and had replaced. 2. The technical and scientific explanations and information they provide regarding the issue will influence my and other users' future purchasing decisions. 3. I believe that both large-screen TVs giving the same error before completing two years is a chronic problem. For this reason, I want this defective product, which is not due to user error, to be repaired by Samsung free of charge. 4. The solution center does not solve problems just by making phone calls.
